Our School Community Council Meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 3:50 P.M. in the media center. Agendas will be posted 1 week prior to the meeting.
Who Can Attend?
All SCC meetings are open to the public. Parents, community members, and other stakeholders are welcome to attend and participate. Meeting agendas are posted online one week in advance, and minutes from past meetings are available for review.

Proposed Action Calendar
The School Community Council will meet on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 3:50 p.m. in the Conference Room.
2026-2027 Proposed Meeting Schedule and Timeline:
September 10, 2026 Election of Officers/SCC Training
October 1, 2026 Review and Approve Rules of Order and Procedures
Discuss school safety procedures
November 12, 2026 Review school data
No December Meeting
January 10, 2027 Consider most critical needs and discuss goals for School Land Trust Plan
/Review Digital Citizenship curriculum for the school.
February 11, 2027 Work on School Goals and Plan
March 18, 2027 Review School Land Trust Plan/If prepared approve the plan
April 8, 2027 Final approval of School Land Trust Plan. Approval of the Trustland Plan took place March 19, so the April 9 meeting will be suspended.
No May Meeting
